This project was set up in collaboration with PSHE team at Rockingham and the ICT Curriculum Support Team at based at CENT@Magna. Its main objectives were;

•  Enhance the emotional health and well being of Primary school (Year 6) children during the transition period

•  Develop and enhance the relationship between Secondary and Primary Schools regarding transition and emotional health and well being

•  Build in the use of ICT and Literacy to assist the process of transition

•  Develop and enhance the working partnership between the Rotherham Healthy Schools Team and ICT Curriculum Support Team

•  Promote the use of ICT within learning and teaching in a cross curricular / cross phase approach

•  Promote the RGfL (Rotherham Grid for Learning) as a tool for learning and teaching and transition

•  To support the implementation of the Rotherham Healthy Schools Scheme of Work for PSHE and Citizenship - Primary Phase.
