A mandate for the Driver Groups

We want the driver groups to be at the forefront of developments in thinking and practice. We hope they will:

  1. Champion our vision for learning and the learner so that all key partners are engaged and involved in achieving excellence;
  2. Build collaboration and partnerships across phases, schools and organisations;
  3. Work and learn laterally so that new knowledge, ideas and leading edge practice are developed and can be transferred and embedded across the system;
  4. Mobilise key personnel as leaders of this process;
  5. Develop and align the intellectual, social, organisational and resource capital of the system;
  6. Build a dynamic learning community which strives for continuous improvement.
