Staff Questionnaire

The aim of the staff questionnaire is to help inform the school’s continuous improvement plan and provide valuable feedback which can be used to identify areas for improvement.

The questions will provide feedback in the following areas:

    1. 1. Management – effectiveness of Line Managers/Team Leaders
    2. 2. Training and development
    3. 3. Engagement with learning and development activities  
    4. 4. Evaluation of Performance Management  
    5. 5. The Organisation  
    6. 6. Communication  
    7. 7. Job Satisfaction  
    8. 8. An opportunity to comment on other issues

It is advisable to keep the questionnaire anonymous and to always provide feedback on the findings and any improvement actions to be taken as a result of the feedback.

The feedback from the staff questionnaire will also inform and support the school’s self evaluation against the criteria in the Workforce Development Charter.
