Booking Information:
Bookings for Rockingham Professional Development Centre can only be accepted with a relevant cost code and nominal or invoice details.
Rooms are only available to customers between the times booked. Please ensure when booking to allow time for setting up and clearing away.
Please specify any extra equipment and technical requirements at the time of booking, to ensure availability.
Course leaders should identify themselves to Reception staff on arrival.
Course leaders should ensure the register is completed and returned to Reception at the end of the session.
Course leaders are responsible for informing delegates of procedures in case of fire and the No Smoking Policy
Maximum capacity may not be exceeded in any of the training rooms for the safety and comfort of customers. Rockingham Professional Development Centre cannot accept any responsibility for incidents relating to over capacity.
Refreshments and buffets required for training courses/meetings must be booked through the centre staff. Special dietary requirements should be specified at the time of booking.
Final numbers for buffets are required 7 days prior to booking date. Use of the car park is at the owners risk and Rockingham PDC can accept no liability
Use of Intranet/internet:
The council can and will monitor access to internet sites and any material deemed unsuitable may be subject to further action.
Cancellation Policy:
Room hire will be charged in full if cancelled with 7 days or less notice.
Catering will be charged in full if cancelled with 2 working days or less notice.
Rockingham PDC adjoins Rockingham J & I School and we ask that car users take special care when arriving or leaving
